AIDA Yu

Born in 1977 in Tochigi Prefecture, AIDA began studying in the School of Arts and Letters at Meiji University in 1996. During that time she became involved in making coterie magazines, and published a prototype for GUNSLINGER GIRL. After graduating she worked as an illustrator for a while, and then in 2002, GUNSLINGER GIRL began to be serialized in Comic Dengeki Daioh. After a ten year run, AIDA completed the story in September 2012.( 2012 )
