Deviate

The protagonist, who lives in a tribe in the forest, has an appearance like a bird but no wings. Instead, it has human-like hands. When it rescues a creature caught in a trap in the forest, it receives large wings. After flying high into the sky, the protagonist returns to the tribe and proudly shows off his wings, but his people react differently. The work depicts intolerance in our society through a simple story and subtly-shaded animation.
