If new plants aren’t built, Japan’s active nuclear plants will become zero in 2049, and decommissioned in 2079. While discussions on nuclear power spark polarizing debates, this work engages a wide range of audience to regard the matter personally, by having one enter the birth year and comparing each other’s life expectancies.
