An installation producing liquid blends of inks featuring various properties to produce physical phenomena (viscous dendrite formation, the Marangoni effect) characterized by “dissipative structures.” In the form of a “video painting” with continually shifting and evolving color tones and patterns, the work creates distinc- tively analog organic shapes and patterns that would be impossible to fully express digitally.
