Short Trees are Short

This installation references late-18th-century mechanical instruments, early electronic instruments, and other unique or transitional examples from musical history of the linkage between technology and creative expression. A curious group of devices made of noise generators, oscillators, and megaphones spins a fictional tale of plausible history by severing the past from the pinnacle of the present.
