The second Silly Runnings. The first one, taken in Japan, has been viewed more than 2.5 million times on the Internet. Men and women, young and old, free themselves of their inhibitions and, through the medium of high-speed photography, perform a silly run toward the camera. Taken in Cambodia, whose vast social problems include unexploded mines and dire poverty, the presentation transcends race, status, and national boundaries to make a statement that is somehow universal.
