TAKAOKASHINNOUKOUKAIKI

Growing up hearing stories about India from FUJIWARA no Kusuko, the prince Takaoka Shinno admires the country and sets out on a journey. A voyage filled with mystery and fantasy unfolds including an encounter with a winged girl, an audience with a king possessed by himself in a mirror, and a dialogue with a dugong. This is a comic adaptation of SHIBUSAWA Tatsuhiko’s novel of the same title, published in 1987, reproduced in a neat but mysterious style.
