OKAZAKI Jiro

Born on 1957 in Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. Graduated from the Design Department of the Tama Art University. Worked in an advertising firm while he worked as a freelance manga artist. Now living in Kunitachi City. Has drawn "After 0", "Neko2" and others.
