Tamou

Set in 20th century Morocco, the film depicts the inner world of Tamou, a lonely housewife. Surrounded by the prying eyes of a patriarchal society, the figure of a mysterious blue man appears in her life, challenging her to confront her own gender and sexuality. Her complex emotions as she explores her true self are expressed by layering fantastical scenes using collage.
