Reason for Award
The fact that this work is based on character goods is not something to despise. The juxtaposition of “animation cannot be moved” and “animation that just doesn’t move” is excellent. A lot of animators are becoming frustrated and a strange kind humor has come out of this frustration. This work has a kind of healing effect.
