Outline

In this film, four women of different ages meet in a Helsinki apartment and earnestly discuss their ideas about the meaning of politics. Each of their monologues is effectively incorporated into the continuing conversation, which is based on Hannah Arendt’s ideas on the political individual and the political woman. Through their discussion, this work speaks to the viewer with intensity about the questions “What does ‘political’ mean?” and “What should ‘political’ be for women?”.
