This work would seem to belong to that special genre,the educational manga. Yet it has none of the clunky awkwardness of most such works. Instead it strives to fuse the entertainment value of manga with educational content,and succeeds brilliantly on both counts. The creator’s vast knowledge is condensed into this one work;it should be in every library reading room.
