TOKYO GIGANTIC GIRLS

A project portraying the allures of “Today’s Tokyo”, shown through still photos, videos, and cinemagraphs of the lifestyles of gigantic girls who appear on the streets of Tokyo, such as Shibuya, Ginza, and Akihabara. By combining scenes of Tokyo with the daily activities of girls, the work creates chaotic images in which they use building windows as mirrors to apply makeup, and attempts to grab streetcars.
