Tomehane! (Every brush stroke counts). The Japanese calligraphy club of Suzuri High school is on the verge of breaking up. The gentle student OE Yukari joins the club after being threatened, and the strong-minded, judo team member MOCHIZUKI Yuki is tricked into joining the club. Pushed around by eccentric seniors, they ask themselves if they have made the right decision every day. But the dynamic yet delicate world of Japanese calligraphy (sho) is unexpectedly deep and attractive. This is a comedy manga of laid-back but passionate youths engaged in cultural activities.
