Born in 1967. After studying at Paris Diderot University, Paris 7, he completed the doctoral course at the Faculty of Letters, Arts and Sciences at Waseda University. He is currently an Associate Professor of Representation Studies in Art and Culture at Tokyo Metropolitan University.
