HIRANO Ryo

Born in Saitama Prefecture in 1988. Graduating from the Department of Information Design at the Tama Art University. His work is pop-inspired, deep and bizarre, featuring a range of themes from cultural anthropology and folklore to subcultures, which he obsessively chooses depending on whatever mood strikes him as he consistently progresses his creative activities. His work takes on diverse forms such as animation, illustration, manga, slideshows, VJing, and music. This may seem chaotic to the audience; however, from his point-of-view it is all consistently based on our ordinary and immediate lives, with a taste for focusing his work on romance and inhuman creatures.
