Outline
A winter storm breaks the only leg of a ragged old scarecrow who is persistently tormented by the weather. The scarecrow wakes up and lis- tens to the resonant sound of a sea shell, but the sea shell is take by birds. With the umbrella holding its body, the scarecrow takes off on a trip following the birds. A stop-motion anima- tion with rich layers of scenic background.
