Every Man’s Land

Making up approximately 80% of Dubai’s population, South Asian migrant workers are a minority that is actually “the majority” in a city filled with opportunity and (sometimes broken) dreams. Through this work, the artist chose to concentrate on the theme of life. In the new lives of these men, friendships are forged, and love and companionship take on new forms.
