HIKARI-MAN

Weak high school student SHIROCHI Hikari devotes himself to fighting games and PC remodeling. However, he has an extraordinary electrical sensitivity that turns him into HIKARI-MAN, who manipulates electricity with his body and can transport himself anywhere using electricity.
