Life Ain’t Gonna Lose

A short animation released as part of Studio Ponoc’s full-length film Modest Heroes. The protagonist, Shun, is extremely allergic to eggs. One day, while his mother is out, he snacks, by mistake, on ice cream that contains eggs. Immediately, something extraordinary happens with his body. The animation uses watercolors, colored pencils, and computer graphics to beautifully depict, the connection between the young boy and his mother.
