Mirage

Mirage projects a landscape based on its perception of the magnetic field of the earth through a magnetometer. Mechanical actors deform the surface of a thin mirror, according to the state of the system. A laser line touches the mirror surface and makes the deformations visible on a wall. Through the constant shifting signals, the projection resembles the experience of wandering through a landscape.
