Animated TV version of a manga written by ONE. KAGEYAMA Shigeo (a.k.a. Mob) is a schoolboy with supernatural powers. He just wants to live an ordinary life, but is afraid to express his feelings. When his suppressed emotions reach the “100%” level, his psychic powers explode. The animation frequently uses the paint-on-glass technique of painting watercolors mixed with glycerin on a glass plate.
