ONE SECOND PER DAY

An animated film, drawn on paper in pencil and gouache. The work was created from January 1 to December 31, 2010, by completing each day the 25 drawings that comprise one second of film. Each month, the segment created during the previous month was uploaded to Vimeo. More than just an attempt to be installation, this short animation is an experimental expression of a conception with the process through which time and space are transformed in moving pictures.
