Using every video appearance by Mark ZUCKERBERG from 2004-18, the work was assembled by extracting every time he spoke one of his most favored words: “more,” “grow,” and his every utterance of a number. The result is a nearly 50-minute film that reveals what the tech CEO most cares about, how he thinks, and what he hopes to attain. Most broadly, the work chronicles Silicon Valley’s manic obsession with growth over the last fifteen years.
