outsourced views / visual economies

This work is an ongoing and growing archive of images and videos sourced from Amazon’s Mechanical Turk micro task service where workers were asked to provide digital images of the view from the window nearest to their workspace. The resulting responses were archived into an interactive website and HTML-based video work.
