Saizeriya Restaurant Operation Game

A competitive board game developed to educate the major restaurant chain Saizeriya store managers. Players operate stores as managers, deciding what is the best thing to do for various problems that occur and acting accordingly. Through experience, players learn how to grasp situations appropriately, and about the importance being able to think ahead. The game was used for employee education for 1,600 people over three months from September 2019.
