Satelliten

This device draws the trajectories of satellites that pass over it on a map in real time. Orbits of the invisible machines are calculated from public information, and trajectories traversing a region corresponding to a 10-cm square on the map are drawn. Eventually lines will fill this area entirely, completing a black square. The highly orchestrated satellites crammed into low Earth orbit comprise “a new layer of human civilization” visualized in this work.
