Schnellraumseher: Bouncing Ball

A media installation showing physically ani- mated sequences by locally illuminating series of rotating objects. To represent the movement of bouncing balls, the objects show squashed forms at points of impact with the ground and elongated forms when swiftly rising or falling. The work effects playback of such two-dimen- sional animation not bound by physical constraints, expressed three-dimensionally in a viewing space.
