Due to the ongoing war in Colombian jungles, many people are forced to flee the rural areas and find refuge in big cities. Their only means of acquiring money is to put on shows under the city traffic lights. This digitally hand-drawn film, animated frame by frame, brings the viewer to a scenery under a Colombian traffic light, where a beautiful circus act becomes a terrifying freak show.
