A miniature newspaper expressing symbolically just how small social minorities’ voices are, published on December 10 to coincide with world Human Rights Day. In a format smaller than a smartphone, the newspaper’s articles incorporated LGBT, disabled, and other minor- ity voices. Distributed mainly in places like Shibuya to reach a diverse readership, the proj- ect resonated considerably with concerned parties and readers.
