Waiter

The protagonist in this animated short film is a lonely waiter always being made fun of by those around him. When his shift is over he drinks away his sorrows at night, with his head swollen with hope and despair. This meditation on the theme of the tenuous human relations of today’s cities features a finde-siècle worldview and surreal character design, depicting the absurdities and farce of contemporary society.
