Wide Awake

Music video created for A Love Like Pi, a U.S.- based electronic music band. The theme of a lifelong journey illustrates someone who wakes up and seeks something in life. The negative space drawing technique is utilized to compose the contour lines of the character in the video image. The band took inspiration from a trip to southeast Asia, and the creator turned their musicality into animated video imagery.
