Long ago on a winter morning, a little girl goes out looking for firewood. She goes away from home and comes across a trail of blood. Following it, she finds a shocking spectacle. This film uses the technique of sand animation on glass. It is created frame by frame, utilizing the colors and texture of the materials, and subtly weaving a dark, sad story about post-civil war Spain.
