KONDO Youko

Born in 1957 in Niigata Prefecture. She was selected to write for Garo after submitting her work in 1979. She made her debut in the same year in Gekiga Alice. Her work Miharashi ga oka nite won an Excellence Award in the 15th Japan Cartoonist Association Awards. Other works include Roommates, The Mental Labyrinth, Acacia no michi, Suikyokitan, One Woman and the War (original story: SAKAGUCHI Ango).
