NISHIMURA Mitsuru

Born in Tokyo, Japan, in 1962. Joined Nikko Hotels in 1982. Served as chef at the official residences of the Japanese ambassador in Brunei from 1990 and in Vietnam from 1994. Returned to Japan in 1998 and debuted as a original manga writer with this winning work. Other works include Omoide-no-Aji Tairiku Shokudo and Cuisinier.
