NISHIMURA Tsuchika

Born in Kobe. Has a wide-ranging field of activities that includes not only commercial magazines, but also participation in the fanzine Diorama. The catchphrase of the author is "Either a kind of genius or a pervert" in the manga magazine comic Ryu. Has been praised by such luminaries of the manga world as Hideo Azuma and Yoshikazu Yasuhiko, who have described Nishimura's drawings as outstandingly skilled. Leading works include Kawaisou na Mayumi-san etc.
