ÆTER

This work – inspired by an electronic musical instrument called theremin – can be seen as a study of electromagnetism, transforming it into low frequency audio material. ÆTER “listens” to the nature, technology and the visitor, as well as itself, captures and translates the elec- tromagnetic phenomena into an immersive sonic environment. It invites to expand not only our perception of the world, but also our own perception apparatus.
