Does animation offer only a place for a single person to express him/herself, or also can a number of people to share the excitement of creation? This work is the answer to my question. We can still find works that involve participation of a number of artists; however, such practice has been discontinued in Japan. I can directly perceive the excitement of the participants who enjoyed the residual images produced by lively lights. A work involving participation is likely to lose its focus; however, these artists, working behind the scenes, have a perfect control over the intensity of the animation. A clue to the future form of expression must be found in the artists’ fearless activity in exploring possibilities.
